HONOLULU (KHON2) – There was a ground breaking held on Monday for the Azure Ala Moana. It is located at 641 Keeaumoku Street. The condo has 330-units, and 21,268 square feet of commercial space. Developer breaks ground on mixed-use condo in ‘Midtown Ala Moana’

ProsPac Holdings Group broke ground Monday on its Azure Ala Moana mixed-use project across from the Honolulu Walmart store in what the developer has dubbed Midtown Ala Moana with a traditional Hawaiian blessing, a performance of taiko drums and a Chinese lion dance.

ProsPac Holdings Group is underway with demolition at the site of its planned 41-story mixed-use tower, Azure Ala Moana, across from the flagship Honolulu Walmart store and is aiming for an April start date for construction.
